Gold Flash Cory (Corydoras schultzei) The Gold Flash Cory (Corydoras schultzei) is a perfect addition to a community aquarium. It thrives best on a soft sand substrate and should be kept in groups of 5 or more because of its shoaling behavior. Make sure to include some shady planted spots for them. Corydoras can breathe air intestinally, so leave a small gap between the water surface and the tank cover for them to come up and take in air. They may do this several times a day.
