The key ingredient is the finely ground African Birds Eye Chilli which is blended with Smokey Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Barbeque base spice and a few other secret ingredients. It has a rating of 5-6 on the Hot Scale because you want to enhance the flavour of your dish with a hint of heat.
