I bought these for ice fishing the end of last season and only got to use them twice. I had some nice large mouths interested and caught some good sized perch with them so I bought them earlier this year.I recieved them today and overall I’m really pleased. I live in Buffalo, NY and it’s mid-January so it’s cold. When I received them I unpacked them immediately and a few were dead. No I’m not complaining about it and I expected it but others may not. About 10 we’re dead but the others were healthy and started moving all most immediately. I added some aged potting soil with peat moss, shredded leaves, a bit of coffee grounds, and some spinach leaves. I will split them into two containers.Yes these worms are expensive to fish with but you have to consider shipping. I’m pleased with what I got but I do wish they were a bit cheaper. I get the cost and I knew what I was paying prior to ordering so I can’t complain about my it. I will also say they are all good sized and no babies. I’ll also bet there are more than they claim there is. Overall very pleased!! Now if we can only get some ice!!
