Due to its non-woven polyester fabric reinforcement, this thermoplastic hose is also more resistant to tearing, punctures, and abrasion. The thermoplastic hose is reinforced with a spring steel wire helix that gives this hose even more protection and durability. This product is specifically made for heavy-duty applications involving abrasives and materials. The “Thermoplastic Flex Super Reinforced” rubber hose is capable of operating at greater temperature ranges than other thermoplastic hoses because of its unique hose material composition. This material handling hose has a temperature range of -50 degrees to 285 degrees Fahrenheit and is capable of intermittently handling temperatures up to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. This product is intended for use in environments where the material will meet with wide temperature ranges, making it a great choice for applications involving temperatures of both high and low extremes. The “Thermoplastic Flex Super Reinforced” rubber hose is made to order and comes in 25 and 50-foot sections with a wall thickness of 0.024 inches. These heavy-duty duct hoses are offered in black or blue and come with plain cut ends. Available internal diameter sizes for this thermoplastic hose range from 1.75 to 18 inches. This hose features an internal diameter tolerance in the range of -0.00 to 0.125 inches for any hose sized 8 inches or lower and -0.00 to 0.250 for any hose over 8 inch ID.
