Simply prepare your soil, draw out a groove, roll out your tape, cover with soil, water well and watch your seedlings grow! Growing Information Growing instructions on packet. Sowing Information Choose a sunny spot in the garden with weed-free soil. Dig and rake the soil to a fine crumbly surface. Using the corner of a hoe or rake draw a groove into moist soil. Gently separate tapes and roll out along the groove. Cover with 3cm (1″) of soil and keep moist. Harvest alternate beetroots to allow space for some to mature. Harvest when your beetroots are golf ball-sized. If growing more than one row, allow 30cm (12″) between rows.For a constant supply of beetroot sow at two weekly intervals.
