It holds a nice number of Clipper blades. The case looks nice and so far has held up great even when my dog went and stepped all over it. Nice and durable. And if you aren’t moving this around much then it’s great. If you plan to be taking it with you places or storing it on it’s side you run into problems. I travel a bit when I groom dogs and the clipper blades kept falling out on me, yes even with it zipped closed. They’d just be on top of the foam insert which defeated the point this case. I’m still giving this 4 stars because with 2 small easy modifications it’s perfect for travel and storing clipper blades.First modification, the slots are a little bit too wide for my clipper blades. This is an easy fix. Each slot comes with a pre cut out foam rectangle you pull out so you can put a clipper blade in. I just cut off a strip of that and put it back in to make it not as wide so nothing slides around side to side.Second modification, this is the bigger problem of the two. If the case it tipped at all on it’s side or worse upside down your clipper blades fall right out and are on top of the foam insert when you open it. Not ideal. There is just too much room between the foam insert and the lid that lets it just fall out. Plus the carry handle is on the side so using it will always make the clipper blades fall out. Bad design there. I went and got some 1 inch foam at a craft store and cut it to size and stuck it on the lid side. And no more falling out clipper blades now! Now it’s perfect for me when I travel to groom dogs. My clipper blades are safe and don’t slide all over. I wish it would’ve just come with a foam insert on the lid side to prevent clippers falling out. [...]
