Apiprost is a drug used as part of complex therapy for acute and chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic nonbacterial prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (inflammatory and non-inflammatory), and asymptomatic inflammatory prostatitis.Prevention of acute and recurrent chronic prostatitis.Compositionactive ingredients: phenolic hydrophobic preparation of propolis, flower pollen;1 capsule contains a phenolic hydrophobic preparation of propolis, calculated as 100% content of the sum of phenolic compounds 60 mg, flower pollen 100 mg;excipients: colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide; microcrystalline cellulose; capsule shell contains erythrosine (E 127), titanium dioxide (E 171), quinoline yellow (E 104), indigo carmine (E 132), gelatin.ContraindicationHypersensitivity to the components of the drug/bee products.Adverse reactionsNausea and allergic reactions are possible.Method of applicationTake the drug 30 minutes before meals.For acute bacterial prostatitis, take 2 capsules 3 times a day for 1 month. If necessary, the course of treatment can be extended.For chronic bacterial prostatitis, chronic non-bacterial prostatitis, chronic pelvic pain syndrome (inflammatory and non-inflammatory), asymptomatic inflammatory prostatitis, take 2 capsules 3 times a day for 2 months.
